Same person, upgraded workflow
I started in IT support, fixing printers and recovering files people swore they saved. Doing that for a few years shows you exactly where work gets stuck: the notebook only one person can read, the spreadsheet with four versions, the approval that lives in someone's chat.
Now I lead digital process work. I sit with a team, write down what they actually do, and build the small web app that removes the slow part. I also run the IT underneath: servers, network, SOPs, shared folders and printers.
I would rather ship a simple tool people use every day than a big system nobody opens.
